A comic who only seems to appear in roasts for other celebrities. He is funnier than most of the big-name comics working today. I wish I could say when he'll show up next, but I can't.
I also found this comment on the wording of our request amusing (from the submitter): "obscure celebrity" has a "jumbo shrimp" quality to it. Too true, too true.
Jeff is a perfect example of a famous person you've probably never heard of. He has a Wikipedia page, an official site, has starred in a movie, searching on his name turns up tens of millions of results, and yet I've never heard of him. However, once I saw him I recognized having seen him before.
